Your package begins with a one-on-one session with a physiotherapist, where we look at how you move, learn about your goals, and show you how to use the reformer safely. After that, you’ll join small-group classes to build strength, control, and flexibility with support from others. The offer includes all of this for £165 and is a great introduction to get you started and to ensure you are building strong movement foundations.

Clinical Pilates:
3x 45 minute sessions

A great opportunity to work 1:1 with one of our physiotherapists and focus on your movement, strength, and any specific areas of concern. These sessions are tailored to you, helping build control, improve alignment, and support recovery or performance goals.
This is a one-off introductory offer, available once per person.
