Physiotherapy

Our physiotherapy service is designed to understand the cause of your symptoms, not just treat the painful area.

During your assessment, your physiotherapist will listen to your history, understand your goals and assess how your body moves. This may include joint testing, strength testing, flexibility checks, movement analysis and specific clinical tests. We make sure your assessment is friendly, supportive and relaxed, with no pressure or judgment, so you can feel comfortable and at ease from the start.

From there, we create a clear treatment plan with realistic timelines, measurable goals and practical advice. Treatment may include hands-on therapy, rehabilitation exercises, strength work, mobility training, education and referrals when needed.

Physiotherapy can help with:
• Back and neck pain
• Shoulder, elbow and wrist pain
• Hip, knee, ankle and foot injuries
• Muscle and tendon problems
• Postural and desk-related pain
• Nerve-related symptoms
• Post-operative rehabilitation
• Long-standing or recurring injuries

To get started, you can book online, call us directly, or email our team. We are here to help with any questions and to find a time that works best for you.

Sports Physiotherapy

Sports physiotherapy is for people who want to return to training, improve performance or recover properly from a sports-related injury.

We work with runners, cyclists, gym users, footballers, golfers, tennis players and people who want to stay active. Your physiotherapist will assess the demands of your sport, identify potential contributors to your symptoms, and develop a progressive plan to help you return safely.

This may include strength testing, movement screening, running or gym-based analysis, load management and sport-specific rehabilitation.

The purpose is not only to reduce pain but to improve your capacity, confidence and strength so you can return stronger.

Sports physiotherapy can help with:
• Running injuries
• Tendon pain
• Muscle strains
• Knee and ankle injuries
• Shoulder and upper-limb sports injuries
• Return-to-sport planning
• Strength and conditioning after injury
• Recurring training niggles

Which Service Is Right for You?

Physiotherapy is usually the best place to start. Your physiotherapist will listen to your history, understand your goals and assess how your body moves. From there, we create a clear treatment plan with realistic timelines, measurable goals and practical advice.

Sports physiotherapy may be most appropriate. Your sports physiotherapist will take time to understand your sport, your training demands and how your body is performing. From there, we build a targeted treatment plan designed around your activity levels, with clear milestones, sport-specific goals and hands-on guidance to keep you moving at your best.

Clinical Pilates can help you build strength, control and confidence. Led by a physiotherapist, every session is tailored to where you are right now — whether you’re recovering from injury, managing a long-term condition, or simply looking to move better. We combine clinical expertise with Pilates principles to give you a guided, purposeful programme that evolves as you do.

Reformer Pilates is a great option. Using a specially designed resistance-based machine, Reformer Pilates delivers a full-body workout that is gentle on your joints but highly effective. Whether you’re new to Pilates or looking to deepen your practice, our classes are small, structured and led by experienced instructors who will guide you every step of the way.
