Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist Role – Central London

Movement Perfected is a leading musculoskeletal physiotherapy clinic in Central London, with locations in the City of London and the West End.

We are recruiting a Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist to join our growing team in a self-employed role with guaranteed daily rates, structured progression, and a strong focus on clinical development, research, and collaboration.

This is a self-employed contractor role combining high-quality MSK physiotherapy with protected time for research, development, and clinical progression.

Clinical Development & Learning

We place development at the centre of everything we do. You will be supported to progress your practice through:

Dedicated time for research and development
Working alongside an experienced MSK physiotherapy team
Weekly literature reviews and case discussions
Collaborative development of treatment methods and clinical protocols
Ongoing refinement of manual therapy and exercise-based rehabilitation
Supported development of your own specialist clinical interests, with opportunities to share learning with the wider team

Pay Structure – Self-Employed

This role offers guaranteed daily minimum rates, rather than a percentage-only model used by many clinics. This provides income security while still rewarding consistency and performance.

45 sessions	£220	£1,100	£52,800

Sessions are typically 30 minutes
Both Physiotherapy and Pilates sessions count
Rates are reviewed based on completed sessions and standards met

Session Cap & Sustainability

Routine active physiotherapy sessions are capped at 45 sessions per week.
This allows protected time for:

Clinical notes and administration
Team meetings and CPD
Breaks and recovery

We do not promote excessive clinical volume.

Earning Up to £55,000

The upper end of the advertised range (up to £55,000) is achieved through a quarterly KPI-based bonus, rather than additional clinical sessions.

The bonus is linked to:

Clinical quality and professional standards
Client retention and continuity of care
Contribution to team culture and clinic development
CPD and project work in areas you are personally interested in developing, such as specialist clinics, teaching, service development, or shared learning
