Bio

With over six years of experience as a skilled Physiotherapist, Keya has successfully treated patients across a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions. Her holistic approach combines academic knowledge with fitness principles to create personalized rehabilitation plans for each individual.

Keya holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy and brings a wealth of experience in both outpatient and in-patient care, with specialized expertise in ACL rehabilitation and post-operative recovery. Her passion for patient care is complemented by certifications in dry needling, cupping therapy, and soft tissue mobilization.

In addition to her physiotherapy skills, Keya is also a certified APPI Pilates instructor and a 200-hour registered yoga teacher, specializing in Hatha and Ashtanga Yog. She will be expanding our Pilates timetable, delivering expert rehabilitative Pilates sessions on the reformers, working closely with Chris, Elinor, Tegan, and the Moorgate team.

She will also be available for 1:1 reformer Pilates and yoga sessions, offering expert guidance to answer any movement questions you may have about the classes you attend.
