What is Reformer Pilates?

Reformer Pilates combines controlled, resistance-based exercises with physiotherapy-informed movement to improve core strength, flexibility, and posture. The Reformer machine uses adjustable springs to provide varying levels of resistance, allowing exercises to be adapted to your specific needs, making it ideal for rehabilitation, injury prevention, and performance enhancement.
